30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email shop@butterflieslove.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
